Installing and using Itatem for your organization’s user accounts is the best way to protect your organization and to keep the PII of your users safe.
Installation of Itatem requires three (3) steps:
- Phase 1 – Complete and review the customer survey
- Phase 2 – Test group
- Phase 3 – Cutover
Step 1 – Send a list of your test users to Itatem
Send a list of your test users to Itatem via email @ [email protected]
(Conditional) Step 2 – Install a Windows Credential Provider (WCP)
If your organisation has elected to use Itatem for your organization’s Windows Active Directory / Entera ID authentications, please install a Windows Credential Provider on the user workstations of your test group.
Itatem will provide you with customized install scripts for your to install and configure these user workstations.
Step 3 – Configure your devices, appliances, and services to use Itatem
Itatem supports the common identity protocols. Log into your devices, appliances, and services as an administrator and configure them to use Itatem for authentication. There are many guides available on our support system https://support.itatem.com/help
Step 4 – Test
For the test phase, have your identified test users utilize the Itatem Identity Banks and report any issues to Itatem, [email protected]
Step 5 – Notify Itatem you have completed Phase 2
When your testing has been completed, notify Itatem at [email protected]
