Thus it automatically removes users and their associated based on the following guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New accounts with no logins or other utilization in the first 7 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User accounts with inactivity for at least 6 months. (some Identity Banks have longer timelines)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bot performs a daily audit and will automatically delete users and their data under the guidelines above. There are exceptions based on User Licensing, organization relationships, and other user activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User deletes are permanent and there is no way to recover an account deleted by the bot. You will need to register a new user account to regain access to the systems you were using the account for.
